1. Eligibility to use the Service

You must be at least 18 to access the Service. By using it, you confirm that you satisfy this age condition and can legally agree to these Terms. Do not use the Service where applicable law forbids you from doing so.

2. Account registration

Full functionality requires an account with complete, accurate and up-to-date details. Protect your sign-in information and accept responsibility for activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us without delay at [email protected] if you think another person has accessed the account without your permission.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms, contain deceptive information or involve fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

3. Service scope and limitations

Robuste Gagélure provides AI-assisted market research, trading signals and, where available, automated order placement through connected broker accounts. The Service is intended solely for information and analysis.

• Robuste Gagélure does not take custody of, hold or manage your money. Funds remain within your own brokerage or exchange account.
• We connect to your broker through API keys limited to viewing information and performing actions. These credentials do not permit funds to be withdrawn.
• Past performance from a strategy or signal is not a reliable indication of how it may perform in future.
• Trading carries significant risk, including the possibility of losing the capital you commit.

4. No investment guidance

AI-generated content and research are general information only. You should consider obtaining advice from a suitably qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions. 5. Charges and payments

Some Service features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may be amended with 30 days’ notice. Applicable taxes are not included and remain your responsibility. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. At our discretion, a new subscriber may qualify for a refund within 14 days of the initial charge.

6. Permitted use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or in breach of any applicable legal obligation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the platform, or try to obtain its source code.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or gather information from the Service.
• Resell, sublicense or commercially use any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with the Service or undermine its security, performance, integrity or supporting systems.
• Engage in market manipulation, front-running or other behaviour contrary to financial regulation.

7. Intellectual property rights

All content, software, algorithms, trade marks and confidential know-how provided with or through the Service remain the exclusive property of Robuste Gagélure or its licensors. These Terms do not assign ownership or create any additional rights in that material. You must obtain written consent before using our trade marks or logos.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Robuste Gagélure WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE CONTINUOUS, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL ELEMENTS.

9. Liability limitations

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Robuste Gagélure WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY LOSS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, TRADING LOSSES OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WARNED THAT SUCH LOSS COULD RESULT. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Robuste Gagélure IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Your indemnity obligations

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Robuste Gagélure and its directors, officers, employees and agents from claims, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses, including reasonable legal costs, arising from your use of the Service, breach of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.

11. Termination of these Terms

You can close your account in its settings or by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate access immediately after a breach. Once access ends, your permission to use the Service ends as well, and account information may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of England and Wales, without applying its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be submitted to binding arbitration in London under the rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Consumers in the EU or UK may also bring proceedings before courts available in their country or place of residence.

13. Revisions to these Terms

We may amend these Terms periodically. Where a change is material, we will give at least 14 days’ notice by email or through a notice on the Platform. If you continue using the Service once the amendment is effective, you will be treated as having accepted the updated Terms.
